Meet AGIBOT: the robot maker behind Serbia's factory plan
On 24 February 2026 in Munich, Chinese robotics company AGIBOT presented its full product portfolio to the European market, with automotive supplier Minth Group acting as its strategic partner and sales agent for the region. The same two companies are named in Serbia's humanoid-robot plans, which makes this launch a useful catalogue of what that project is actually built on.
The line-up
AGIBOT showed four families of machines aimed at industrial and service use:
- A2 series — full-sized humanoids with multimodal interaction and autonomous navigation.
- X2 series — compact humanoids built for agile locomotion and expressive movement.
- G2 series — industrial-grade embodied robots with precise dual-arm manipulation.
- D1 series — quadruped robots for inspection and complex-environment work.
No shipment quantities were disclosed at the launch. AGIBOT described itself as an embodied-AI specialist and, citing industry analysts, said it ranked first globally in humanoid-robot shipments in 2025.
Intelligent robots will be not only the engine of manufacturing but also the bedrock of future society.
The quote above is attributed to Minth's chief executive at the event. AGIBOT's Europe president framed the partnership around productivity gains for German and wider European industry, with Minth leaning on fifteen years of European localisation experience and a network of manufacturing sites across the continent.
The Serbia link
The Munich event was about Germany, but the pairing is the same one behind the Serbian factory talk: AGIBOT as the robotics IP, Minth as the industrial and commercial partner already present in the region. If Serbian assembly proceeds, these product families — rather than any bespoke design — are the likely starting point.
